The 2026 Kawartha Lakes Snowshoe Race  took place on Sunday, February 1 in Fenelon Falls, ON. This race was also designated as the 2026 Canadian Snowshoe Running Championships. The 10km snowshoe race offered a $1000 cash prize purse (courtesy of Snowshoe Canada ) to the top 3 male and top 3 female finishers in the Open Category. With this also being the Canadian National Championships , there was an additional $500 prize purse (courtesy of Spafford Health and Adventure ) awar
