The Snownergie Simard Snowshoe Race  took place this weekend in Boischatel, Quebec. Multiple snowshoe running and trail running events took place with 5, 10 & 14km snowshoe events held. The 10km event awarded points towards the Dion Canadian Snowshoe Series. Men’s 5km Snowshoe: Julien Pinsonneault won the 5km in a fast time of 22:20.
