TRAILS:
Rideau Trail– 300km trail from Ottawa to Kingston.
Cataraqui Trail- 104 km 'rail to trail' from Strathcona to Smiths Falls.
K&P Trail- Rail trail from Kingston that currently goes to Sydenham, but will eventually be connected to Pembroke.
Frontenac Park- Just north of Sydenham. The best trail running in the Kingston area. Rugged and beautiful!
Frontenac Provincial Park Forum- Get information or share your experience at Frontenac Park.
Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area- Good trail running, XC skiing and snowshoe running just outside of Kingston.
Lemoine Point Conservation Area- Wide, Non-technical, Cinder trails in Kingston.
Gould Lake Conservation Area- More great trailrunning just north of Sydenham!
Killarney Provincial Park- A true wilderness park adventure, for hiking, fastpacking, camping, and canoe trips.
ADK Trail Running- Great blog by Drew Haas including many different trail running routes in the Adirondacks.
